Yep, I did it too, deleted my audio driver

And I cant seem to figure out which driver I need. I know the program I deleted was RealTek but I cant seem to find the driver necessary to fix my problem. Sadly my computer knowledge is limited to the physical aspect of computers, useless. lol, heres the Belarc information, did my best to keep it tidy
