Unhappy My Desktop has a folder menu...Help!!!!!

My desktop has a folder menu on it...If anyone can help me, post...please...

Download and run the small script, "XP_CommonTasks.exe" fromthis Doug Knox page. Follow the directions on that page to use it and the problem should be solved.

I've used a lot of scripts from the Doug Knox site. All have been safe (virus free) and all have worked.
