System FREEZES when playing SIMS Game

My system has been freezing at various points when playing SIMS game "Unleashed". It doesn't freeze when playing "Sim City 4" so I don't understand what's up. I hate having to Ctrl/Alt/Delete to get out of it, but I don't know what else to do. Does anybody have any ideas?? Thank you.
