Unhappy Deleting always open with choice

When I tried to open a pda (ebook) file, I unfortunately hit the always open with button. Is there any way to uncheck this option so that I can once again get the choice on which program to use to open this type file?

To Change The open as in windows xp:

Right Click icon> Properties

there should be a button that says "change" on it, for open as. Click that and select the appropriate application and it should always open with that program.

if you just wanna have a choice again, just

right click the item>Open with>Choose program

and you should be able to open it with whatever you so desire.
