Too many processes running!!
Can any help me eliminate any of the 34 processes constantly running on my computer, even when no programs are up? There is only one icon present in the toolbar, Norton AV. No one is logged on to XP except for me (out of 2 accounts and a guest account).

Everything else running is under system. Total, the processes take up usually about 196 of my 256 MB of ram. Any suggestions on what is able to be ended, or even how to stop them from getting started in the first place would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Adam
