Trojan advice needed!

When I run anti-trojan 5.5 it tells me that port 1033 is open with "Netspy" which it regards as a possible trojan.
If I reboot and run Anti-trojan again this port no longer shows up - what gives? - what is Netspy and how do I get rid of it? - as its not showing up now, was re-booting enough to clear it?

It also found the port used for UPnP to be open with a possible trojan attached to it - some French name trojan I can't remember -I used UnPlug and Pray to close that port off - is this the correct thing to do? - again, having re-booted, if I open that port back up and run Anti-trojan, nothing shows up.

I'm running ZoneAlarm Plus and Norton Antivirus 2003 - are these two programs not intercepting these trojans then? - what gives?

Any help would be most appreciated!

Netspy is a downloadable shareware program that allows a remote user to have uauthorised access to a PC. It can be used by parents to monitor what their children are seeing on the internet (it has what is called an Internet Cache Viewer). It comes as a single .exe file called "SysProtect" or "SP_ClLIENT.EXE". It was designed by a man named Frank Kusluski who adds his e-mail address (kusluski@mail.ic.net) to his ads for the program. It has an uninstall feature but if its hidden I don't know where to find it. Once executed it will add itself to Windows autostart and will start with windows all the time.

I have a correction on that last reply. The correct spelling of the file is "SP_CLIENT.EXE". Sorry.

Try to download and install Lavasofts Ad-Aware 5.83.It´s free.
Then deepscan the register and C: and see if Ad-Aware detects any spyware. Then delete it.
Here´s the link:
