About two weeks ago my computer started acting up, the programs I pull up either say it is not responding or it is extremely slow to start. I have disabled Zone Alarm but that did not help, I have run Spybot and Adaware but they show no spyware, I have not run Norton yet because nothing has popped up on the desktop saying I have a virus. I have called my cable provider and they say everything shows ok. I couldn't even get IE to come up for awhile. Sometimes the computer seems like it just freezes up or crashes. What do I need to do next?
