reinstall xp after bad ram discovery?

After doing a fresh install of xp pro things seemed fine. While trying to install applications, some would fail with a "error 1335". memTest86 revealed a bad block of ram. Is it smart to do another xp reinstall now that the ram is ok? I'm wondering if the original install was affected by the ram problem.

thanks,
jon

RAM issue

If Windows XP was install ok and you started to have RAM issue after the fact then just proceed to re-install your applications. Don't worry about re-installing Windows XP.
