Changing Printer List view in Office 2003?

Does anyone know how to change the view list of printers installed in the drop down box when selecting to print in any Office 2003 application e.g. MS Word?

For example, when I select print in Word, I click on the drop down to change from my defaul printer and all the printers are in thumbnail format which makes the list very long as I have lots of printers installed - anyway of getting a detailed view of printers in this list?
