Not all users can access programs.

Hi,
I am having a problem with XP. I have my account as the computer adminstrator and everybody else as a limited account. The problem is that when it's like that I'm the only one that can access Microsfot Word. I would like it so everybody can access every program even if they have a limited account.

This only happened since I installed Windows XP because before everyone didn't have an account.
