Win XP Pro Install Problems

I recently tried to reinstall Windows XP on a system that had it installed already. The comoutr was acting up and needed to be cleaned so I cleaned it out like I have 20 other times on other systems.
So after I load up the Startup Disks, I put the CD into the drive and begin installation. Then as it goes, messages pop up that say "can't install such in such file" I just skip. There's about 10-15 of them untill it reaches 100%.
After restart I get a Stop Error message of

0x0000007B

Theres nothing wrong with my hard drive, I have no idea what this means or an easy way to resolve it. I am a novice when it comes to this stuff. Any help would be appreciated.

u made the mistake by skipping the installation of those files that screwed up the installation i think. it couldnt locate those files so it asked u to retry or skip. so i reccommmend going to like ur local staples,bestbuy,computer store, etc.. and get a a cd driver cleaner. its like 8 buks or something. its a cd with little brushes on the bottom. when i got that cd it helped me a lot with the installation.just try that
