Exclamation Problem with creating a new User account on Windows Xp!

Ok well i created my own user account, there are no other user accounts on the computer, just the owner account, which i am on. Ok when i created a new account for my self i went to log into my account, it took a while to load personal settings and then when it did load, on the account was all this old stuff we had a while ago. I went into my folder that i have on the account im on now, and it has all this old stuff i used to have, and doesnt have my new stuff that i recently saved in that folder. Also theres like all these programs that we got rid of a while back. So i decided to delete the account because i didnt want it to cause problems. Why is this happening? is there a way to fix this where when i create my own account, it has what is on my moms account (owner account). Thank you. feel free to email me.

I dunno if this help, what im supposed to put about my computer but i have 40gb hard drive. 128 mb SDRAM. 1.1Ghz. and my computers a hp pavilion xt928.... dunno if im supposed to put all that, i dont know much about computers. thanks

When you deleted the accounts you had previously, did you delete all the files and settings too?

When you created the new account, did you give it the same name as a previously deleted account.

From your admin account, look in Cocuments and Settings at the list of files for all of your accounts, both current accounts and accounts which may have been deleted but for which the files and settings have been kept.
