problems in user account types

I have 2 kinds of user : one is the administrator and the other is the guest. My problem is that it seems the guest account doesn't have permission to access the dial up internet icon. I already clicked on "Anyone who uses this computer".


pls help .... i don't want to reformat my pc again

"Guest accounts cannot connect to internet or cannot initialize a RAS connection [by design]. But Guest account can use an already ON Cable/DSL/LAN connection or already connected Dial-up [from other user account] using Fast user Switching. During Fast user Switching: while the connection is retained for broadband connections, Dial-up connections might terminate while switching users. To prevent that, set the KeepRasConnections value to 1 in the Registry.
