Quick easy question

Quick hopefully easy question. In Msinfo32 I get this:
[Conflicts/Sharing]
Resource Device
I/O Port 0x0000A000-0x0000AFFF VIA CPU to AGP2.0/AGP3.0 Controller
I/O Port 0x0000A000-0x0000AFFF RADEON X800 PRO

I/O Port 0x00000000-0x00000CF7 PCI bus
I/O Port 0x00000000-0x00000CF7 Direct memory access controller

I/O Port 0x000003C0-0x000003DF VIA CPU to AGP2.0/AGP3.0 Controller
I/O Port 0x000003C0-0x000003DF RADEON X800 PRO

IRQ 21 VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller
IRQ 21 VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller
IRQ 21 VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller
IRQ 21 VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller
IRQ 21 VIA USB 2.0 Enhanced Host Controller

Memory Address 0xE8000000-0xF7FFFFFF VIA CPU to AGP2.0/AGP3.0 Controller
Memory Address 0xE8000000-0xF7FFFFFF RADEON X800 PRO

Memory Address 0xA0000-0xBFFFF PCI bus
Memory Address 0xA0000-0xBFFFF VIA CPU to AGP2.0/AGP3.0 Controller
Memory Address 0xA0000-0xBFFFF RADEON X800 PRO

I/O Port 0x000003B0-0x000003BB VIA CPU to AGP2.0/AGP3.0 Controller
I/O Port 0x000003B0-0x000003BB RADEON X800 PRO

But when I go in to try to change the memory around so there won't be any pci/video card conflicts it says everything is ok and I won't let me uncheck use automatic settings. Does someone know how to fix this or how to uncheck the box so I can manually tell it what memory to use?

Just because they are showing in Conflicts/Sharing does not mean there is something wrong.

Two Devices can share a resource without problems.
