Big time Outlook issue

Trying to setup Outlook on new PC. XP Pro, Office 2003.

After setup get message "Unable to open your default e-mail folders. Create a new profile...." Well I've done that with 3 different accounts I have.

Outlook was up on this PC once, but I couldn't access Address Book, even though Contacts were there - so I did a uninstall and reinstall and this is where I am???

Outlook Express won't even function. What have I done and how do I fix? Thanks.

Have you checked your "access & defaults"? "all programs > program access and defaults.
