Windows Xp Pro SP1 network problem

Hi, i set up a home network using the windows wizard, between my comp which has windows xp professional and another pc using windows 98.

Everything was working fine including internet sharing(my comp is the host) until i installed Windows Xp pro SP1 from the windows update site, and then the network stopped working, i could not access the other cmoputer anymore, and neither could the other pc access me. I was still able to see the shared files which where shared before the installation of SP1, but everytime i tried to access them it said:

"The network path was not found."

It gave that error messege wheather the other computer was on or off.

Any suggestions?

Celeron 700mhz
256 mb sdram
3dfx voodoo3
8 giga hard + 2 giga hard

Second pc:
Windows 98 SE
p3 450 mhz
8 giga hard
64 mb dram
3dfx voodoo banshee
