need help bad :(

i have a problom with my computer it says every time on boot up or just whene i git in windows kernel_data_inpager_error i have done a system recovey but its still there so i know its not with windows or anything it must be with some hard whare i was told its part of my os and now if i dont git the kernel error i git operating system not found i need some help on what i should do to fix this iam like ready to take the pc and toss it out my window and iam not jokeing but if i do that i have no computer and i need my computer well my good one any ways iam on the bigist smallest pc right now and i can barly run kazaa so if you can help me out a little or you know what is going on pleezzzzzz help me thanx
