Printing between Users

1st - Network Setup - data is located on our server. My computer has several users setup. When I print a customized-sized envelope in Word, it prints correctly. When another user signs on and opens the same document (at a different time) and trys to print the envelope, it doesn't print correctly.

I have checked all of the printer settings on each user sign-on and they are all the same.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what may be causing this problem.
