Outlook files

Can anyone tell me where Outlook files are stored such as address book, contact list, backed up emails, etc. Thanks.

Search for *.pst.

If you have got a lot of emails, contacts and journal entries expect it to be very big.

Mine is sitting at 28 MB and that is after a total cleanout of everything except contacts just over 2 weeks ago.

Do a quick file search on your local drive for file extension
*.wab for the outlook address book.

Click Start
Click Search --> For files and Folders

Search for file name: Type : *.wab
Look in: Local harddrive C:

Click Search Now Button

System will list the directory where your outlook address book is located on your hard drive.
