are you constantly on the interent or do you have dial up?
If you don't always need is2004, stop it from loading up at startup.
If you go into the 'internet security options' there will be a choice you can deselect to stop it.
If is2004 doesn't load at startup then all of your other things should load.
Also check your startup settings for any spyware or crap.
Click on run and type - msconfig, and go to the startup tab.
Then deselect any startup processes you think look dodgy, you can see where they are located on your machine by scrolling along to the end.
Also run ad-aware.
