Trojan

I have used "AVG" and used "Housecall" to scan my pc for virus, when i use AVG it says that my computer is free of viruses, but when i used Housecall it gives me the following virus's
TROJ ISTBAR.R
TROJ SWIZZOR.AG
TROJ DYFUCA.M
TROJ INSERVICE.H
TROJ INSERVICE.H
They are all non cleanable, Could anyone tell me how i can get rid of them and prevent them infecting my pc in the future

try adaware or spybot, if you update to the latest refference file it should remove them all.

Also try Trojan Scan.

Does it tell you whrere the trojans are located? If it says they're in "System Volume Information" then, no, it won't be able to clean them from there. That's where all the system restore points are.

Since you don't want to be using a system restore point that contains a trojan, turn off System Restore to delete all restore points, then turn it back on if you want it running. (Control Panel>System>System Restore tab, check "Turn off system restore," click ok.) Once it has finished deleting the usually huge file, just uncheck the box to turn it back on.
