2 instances of Office

I use a flash building program that seems to get along better with Power Point 2000 than PP2003. Has anyone run 2 instances of Office at the same time ? Office 2000 & 2003.

In 2003 they have taken away the shortcut bar, which sucks. So I would like to cherry-pick the best of both worlds. Most of 2003 is great, but some is just too overbearing, Excel especially. Thanks.
