Any tips... ?

Hey, I want to uninstall a program but when I click 'change/remove' it says 'unable to launch' then a code of letters and numbers comes up, i traced that code & its in my temp folders, so something must be missing from there so i cant uninstall it. Is there any way i could create a folder or something using the code, to uninstall the program, or would i just have to set it back to factory settings?

The program may have become corrupt in some manner.

Reinstall the program and then try uninstalling .

What is the program, anyway?

Also is the program running when you are trying to uninstall ?? If so try to close the program and then try the uninstall
