I'm trying to setup a remote dekstop connection so I can access my computer from work. I got it all setup according to the documents provided by microsoft but when i try and connect from the remote computer I get this error message:
anyone know what may be causing that? I got remote desktop checked off under the remote tab in system and i have the ports open and forwarded to my ip on my router. I had a buddy of mine get on it yesterday and it worked but now it doesnt and I dont think I've changed anything.
Any ideas?
EDIT: This only happens if in the server dialog I type in my computer name. If I leave it blank I can connect. Is that supposed to happen?
