Notification (?) each time I turn on computer <m>

I'm running Windows XP Professional, Version 2002, Service Pack 1.

Each time I turn on my computer, a notepad document appears that says:

Date: Sun, 01 Aug 2004 17:47:52 GMT
Server: Microsoft-IIS/6.0
Content-Length: 5
Content-Type: text/html
Set-Cookie: ASPSESSIONIDAAATAABD=LDOGEGCDBGCFPFLJLHFOMJIH; path=/
Cache-control: private


Prior to August 1, the date was always current. Now it remains the same.

Does anyone know what this is and how I can make it stop? I've searched the MS knowledge base and the web and can't find a solution. Thanks for any help you can give.

Possibly Spyware! download Spybot and HijackThis. Also have a look at msconfig see if anything is in the startup.
