Cannot delete/move some files

I am using Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition. Hope its ok to post it under the XP forum..

My problem is that I cant delete or move many of my files. I am admin and when I have downloaded a file via bittorrent and want to move it - I get the error that it is being used by another person or program. I have closed all programs, so its a bit strange. It seems like there is some dependencies though.

What can I do about.. is there any way of checking which programs a controlling it..

EDIT. hmm... seems like I can move it if I use cut and paste.

If you want to delete an unwanted file try starting in "Safe" mode and then removing it. If the program has been added by you then you will most likely see an entry in the start registry. You may want remove that entry.
