Click on the Options tab at the top of the "UA Dialup Properties" window.
On the "Options" tab, set "Redial attempts" to 12 (or more) tries, "Time between redial attempts" to 5 seconds, and "Idle time before hanging up" to 1 minute.
Make sure that the "Redial if line is dropped" option is checked.
Click the OK button.
Close the "Dial-up Networking" window.
Now your computer will automatically redial the UA Dialup number if you get a busy signal when attempting to connect.
