SP2 freezes XP Home

I just installed SP2 from the disc I recieved in the mail. I am also running Norton Internet security 2004. I'm also running raid 0 and a dual monitor desktop. I disabled Norton and un/reinstalled SP2 and I get the same symptoms when I click on control panel or my computer xp freezes and goes into active desktop recovery mode.
Has anyone else had this problem or know a fix?
