I have XP Pro and on the administrator account there is no error code at all. On the Non Administrator accounts there is a small Error code box with a message saying "Access Denied" with a ok button. and a close box (x), to eliminate this we need to click on the "OK" or "X" to close the box 12 times till it is not on the desk top any longer!!!
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
Sound like a program is trying to run that needs administrator privileges to run. Try to find out what program is trying to run and remove it if it's not needed.
