SVCHOST -?! XP SP2 Delay reason?

Hey.

I think I found out what might be causing the Start up delay after installing XP SP 2.

SVCHOST.EXE

I now have 5 of these!

I don't understand which one is for which though?
I think that services.msc might help?

Do we need All of them running?

it's a host process for services that run from dynamic link libraries.
