I can't install any programs.. please help me!

Hello, When I try to install the program Steam (www.steam.com)
an error is shown

Steam.exe (Main exception): ERROR: delete of Steam.exe failed, Win32 error 5 "Åtkomst nekad"

Åtkomst nekad is permission denied on english. please help me..
