WMP 10 Problem

Im having a problem with Windows Media Player 10. i have this strange symbol apper when i play songs....it used to be bars that moved to the music.....
-pic of weird symbol shud be lower in this post-

Does anyone else have this problem?
Is there a way to solve this?
What is it?
