Some things to try

Try reinstalling the game to the same directory and then uninstall it.

Try downloading an uninstaller program like the one below
your uninstaller

Some cleanup utilities consider log files as useless files and delete them.

This is usually a problem with programmers using old 16 bit uninstallers. It can't read the NTFS filesystem so it can't find the install.log file.

Usually these uninstall programs are named "unwise.exe"

What I normally do, is copy the "unwise.exe" (usually in the same directory as where the program was installed) file to your root directory (which is C: on most computers) then I find the install.log file for the program (usually in the same directory as where the program was installed).

Then I copy the install.log file to the root directory also.

Then I double click the unwise.exe file and it uninstalls the program without problems.
