How to make a VPN...

I want to create a VPN between my friends computer and mine so we can transfer files and stuff.

What do I need to do that?

He needs to go into the Router Configuration [ usually http://192.168.1.1/ for Lynksis Routers] and find the WAN IP Address.

You can open the Router Ports from there also.
