Need Alotta Help!!!

hi guys, im a bit desperate, ok heres my problem
when i open a file in any windows program, it shows the name of the file in UPPERCASE, and when i save it again in lowercase (in the save file box) when i go to the folder the file is in UPPERCASE! haha i cant stand it! :P can u help?

my first post! :P

edit: forgot to say Windows XP PRO.

In Windows Explorer
Click View \ Folder Options
On the View Tab
Uncheck "allow all uppercase names"
Click Apply
You probably have this checked and caps lock on when you named the files.
