PLEASE HELP, my volume control has gone

PLEASE HELP! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.
My volume control has dissapeared, I fear that I may have accidentaly uninstaled or deleated it. I now only have volume in one channel and can't control any of the input outputs.
When I click the "sounds and audio devices" in control pannel, it tells me to install the volume control, but I can't understand how.

I would really apreciate any help you guys couls give me as im a bit of a newbie at this tough windows thing.
