Boot up video?

I don't know if this is possible but could I take a video clip with audio to play everytime I login or boot my computer up. I'm using Windows XP Home Edition. I have asked around and researched and I still can't come up with anything, can anyone here take a shot at it or give any suggestions? Thx.

Not sure why you would want to do this
Birthday Surprise video?

Right click the video file
Click Send To
Then Desktop (Create Shortcut)

Click and drag to the start button and hold over it until the start menu expands
Drag to Programs and hold until that expands
Drag and release in Startup Folder

You can delete the shortcut you created on the desktop after doing this
the video will begin to play after you login and the rest of your startup programs load

That worked but thats not really what I was really goin for. I wanted the video like play kind of like a screensaver and close itself. I'm pretty good at Flash, would it be possible to do it with Flash?
