AE Covert Operation Monitor

I need some help. Spybot Search and Destroy detects this thing but it is in use. It asks if I want to scan on reboot. It scans on reboot but still says it is in use. So in other words, this program beats Spybot to startup. I even tried it on SafeMode. I don't want a keylogger on my computer. How can I fix this? Thanks.

Ok Spybot says its in HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG/Display/Settings. I go there and there is nothing with that name. It must be disguised or something. Please help!
