How can I DELETE(not disable) programs from StartUp tab in msconfig?

How can I delete/remove the items from my msconfig StartUp tab? I want to do more than just "uncheck" them, I want them off my machine.

It reads that the location of all these files I want removed is:

SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
or
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

I have searched High and Low for these directories, but alas, I can't find them.

I have searched for the TARGET Command file, and have been able to find most of them, but I want to clear my Startup list itself.

They are registry locations, not folders.
At the run dialog, type "regedit" and navigate to them. HKCU = HKEY_CURRENT_USER (or you can search for "run")
