Unhappy Install shield wizard not responding

Help I just recently reinstalled windows XP because of other problems which were solved but now when I try to install software (3D Home architect) the Install shield Wizard is not responding. Windows Installer is started, I have checked but now I do not know what to do

First guess - Run Windows Installer Cleanup Utility.
