XP wont run certian programs
I am having trouble running some exe programs. Only certian ones, though, such as my driver for my wireless modem and some other downloads that i try to run.
Even though i am an administrator, the other people can run the same programs on the same computer, (but do not have permissions of an admin, etc.)
This has been a problem for a while. It almost seems like a popup blocker that just turns them off a split second after they start.
I am guessing that there is a setting that needs to be changed, does anyone know?
