Reformat

Anyone know how to reformat raid-0 like the day it was first bought?

Are you talking about a "LOW Level" format? Also are the drives IDE or SCSI? If their IDE hard drives and you want to do a LOW level format, you can go to the hard drive manufacture's web site and usually download a utility to do a high level format. I would suggest that you use the manufacture's utility. For SCSI drives I'm not sure. I believe that the same applies for SCSI drives.

SATA

Its a SATA hard drive. I just want to get rid of everything in my hard drive, like the day i bought it.

then what you want is a low level format utility.
this type of format will take hours to complete.
