Recover files from "my old disk structure"

Hi!

Ive just run the windows recovery-utility in XP and all my old files and windows settings have been moved to a folder called "my old disk structure" and replaced by some new ones.
Anyone knows how to replace the new ones by the old ones, i.e. revocering files etc. from "my old disk structure"?

Could you be a little more specific.

Was it the System Restore Utility you used?
