Forgot how to

Im running windows xp home.
My computer takes too long to start or reboot.
Forgot how to get to the program where you can choose what starts when you start up windows.
I know I go to start..the run..but forgot what to type in.LOL

Some help please. Thanks,Betty

type MSCONFIG at the run command, and then press ENTER on the keyboard.
