Windows Classic theme

At school we have some networked computers running Windows XP, in the 'My First Windows' mode with all the horrible colours, massive start menu, etc.

We'd like to change this to windows classic mode, but we can't access Display Properties to do so (restrictions...)

Has anyone seen a bit of software or a registry file that can change the theme to Windows Classic?

Right click on the Start Button. Then change to Windows Classic.
