login user account with administrator rights

Hey everybody, question here

Is it possible to login to a user account with administrator rights.

For example, let's say i have a user with limited rights, and i want to do some changes to it (eg. change the wallpaper, which has been denied with poicies), is there a way to login to that account with administrator rights so i can do these changes.

The way i've been doing it is under the administrator account, i go to computer management and set the user to also be in the administrator group, then i log on to the user.

But i want to know if there is any other way, thanks in advance for any help

charles
