Automatic VPN dialup after connecting to specific wireless network

Does anyone know of a setting to allow an XP Pro computer to automatically dial a VPN Connection after it has connected to a specific wireless network?

The wireless network at my university uses no WEP encryption, but restricts users to students with valid CWL (Campus Wide Login) usernames and passwords. This can either be done with a login page that appears when you open your browser (but still no encryption) or by using a VPN connection.

I would much rather use a VPN connection (obviously), but I'm wondering if there's a way to set up my computer to automatically connect to VPN only when it's connected to the wifi network with SSID "ubc".

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
