Windows Explorer problems

Hi, I need some help regarding my desktop on XP pro, it has recently stopped me from opening any windows programs ie My Documents or My Computer recycle Bin etc , I get a error box and the PC then says trying to shut down and do i want to send an error report which i have done but Microsoft says cannot help etc. I have run Norton and 2 Spyware softwares but it still does not get rid of it plus i have reinstalled XP, PLEASE ANYONE HELP!!

Have you tried to use "system restore"?

I have reloaded XP so only got the restore point from yesterday!

I cannot open My Docs My Computer recycle Bin but others are ok?

So the problem existed before you did a system file repair or has it just now started?

I'm writing this because I have the same problem as the other person. I cannot open My Documents, My computer, Cintrol Panel and some other programs. For My Vomputer it says its Name: Windows Explorer and Publisher: Microsoft Corporation and i sende the error report and everything but it is still not fixed and I dont know what to do. Can anybody plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me.
