Need help with MusicMatch 9.0 [pic inside]

Hi everybody

I downloaded the free version from musicmatch but when try to install it I got this message " could not download from MMJB channel" I tried the new version trial 9.0, it was installed fine but when i try to turn it on I get a message that disapears after 1 second but I took a quick print screen for the message ..here it is

I have the same problem as well. I also cannot play any of the 30 sec sound clips. Anyone have any ideas? Thx.
