Unhappy WinXP and wireless connectivity problem

I have been using the Prolink USB wireless adapter without any problem. Its connected to my Aztech 305E Router. The problem is after i run Norton WinDoctor to fix my PC, and after i restart my PC, i cant surf the net, even the msn and yahoo msn dont work.
The wireless icon shows that its connected but when i try to login to MSN, it says im not connected.

I cannot ping to my router (10.0.0.2) also.

What did the the WinDoctor do wrong?

I even use system restore but still no use.

Pls help, b4 i reformat my HDD....

and i also did this;

In the IPconfig, this is wat i get.

Connection-specific DNS Suffix . : (empty)
IP Add : 0.0.0.0
Subnet Mask : 0.0.0.0
Default Gateway : (empty)

But in windows, my wireless signal is full. when i try to repair connection, it says:

following Repair operation failed:
renewing IP add
Purging DNS Solver cache
refreshing all DHCP leases and registering DNS Names

so, what shud i do now

Thanks for reading....
